How do I register online with Kingsmill's?
The first step in creating your registry online is entering your name, contact information and your event date. You can do this by selecting Start Our Registry and completing the required fields. If you prefer, you can
Contact Us and we’ll create your registry for you. Or, you can visit our store where one of our registry consultants will assist you. An appointment isn’t necessary.
What types of gift registries does Kingsmill’s offer?
We offer gift registries for special occasions such as weddings, anniversaries, new baby and birthdays.
How do I select items for my registry?
We offer you two options for selecting items for your registry. You can visit our store for an in-store registry consultation where one of our registry consultants can assist you. We will then create an online registry for you. Or, you can browse Shop Online and select items yourself to create your registry at your convenience. When you register online, we’ll email you and ask you to select an option. Regardless of the option you choose, you’ll be able to view and update your registry online.
Do I need an appointment to register?
If you choose to visit our store to register, an appointment is not necessary. When you visit our store to create your registry we offer free parking behind our store on Carling St, or at the Covent Garden Market – entrance off King St.
How do I make changes to our registry after we've registered?
Once you receive your user name and password from us you’ll be able to edit your registry online. You can change your contact information, add items and change the WANTS and HAS quantities of items on your registry. If you need an item removed from your registry
Contact Us and we’ll delete it for you.
How do I make changes to my registry online?

How do I change my contact information?
Select Edit Our Registry, enter your user name and password and Select Change Contact Info at the bottom of your registry. Remember to click on Change registry to save your changes.
What if I forget my user name or password?
If you forget your user name or password email us at
customerservice@kingsmills.com. We'll confirm your identity and e-mail you your user name and password
How do I let people know that I’m registered at Kingsmill’s?
One of the many benefits of registering with us is that we provide you with free wedding registry cards. It’s an elegant way to let people know you’re registered at Kingsmill’s.
Can our family, friends and guests view our registry online?
Yes, by using the Search feature in the registry your family, friends and guests can locate your registry online and make purchases.
What information from our registry will be available online?
Your name, wedding date and your registry list showing the items you have received and the items that you still need, will be shown online. For privacy and security reasons, your shipping address, phone number and e-mail address are only shown to you when you log into your registry.
Why do some items appear on a registry list with IN STORE ONLY beside them?
Items shown with IN STORE ONLY are not available for online purchase. If you would like to purchase one of these items, please

How is my registry updated when an item is purchased?
When an item is purchased online from a registry, the registry is updated automatically when the order is processed. When the purchase is made in our store, we will ensure that the registry is updated to reflect the purchase.
Can I add furniture items to my registry?
We encourage you to add items from our Home Furnishing category in Shop Online to your registry. If you’re looking for something that isn’t available in Shop Online or have a question, please

What if we receive duplicate registry items as gifts?
In the event you receive a duplicate gift, simply return it and we'll be glad to help you select another gift.

How far in advance of the wedding should we register?
We recommend you register 6 to 12 months before your wedding, or one month prior to your first shower.
How is registry information used?
At Kingsmill’s we value our customers and respect the privacy of their personal information. The personal information that you supply to us is kept confidential and is only used to process and deliver your purchase, or maintain your registry. We do not provide your personal information to third parties.
Who do I contact if I no longer want my registry online?
Contact Us and we'll remove your registry from our website.
