Placing an Order
How do I order online?
When you’re in Shop Online, simply click on a thumbnail to go to the product page for an item. Enter a quantity and click on "Add to Shopping Cart". You can continue shopping and adding items to your Shopping Cart. When you are done shopping, just click on Shopping Cart and select Checkout to complete the process.
Can I order an item from the web site over the phone?
Yes. While shopping at kingsmills.com is safe and secure, we recognize that some of our customers would prefer to place their order by phone. Browse through our site and then call 1-800-265-1500 to place your order. Someone will be available to assist you with phone orders Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (EST).
Can I order from outside of Canada?
Yes, we accept orders from customers located outside of Canada. If you are ordering from outside Canada and the U.S., please contact us by email at

or phone for shipping costs.
